NACARAT Color Design winner for the new chromatic plan of the Harlequin at Villeneuve district in Grenoble
Our group, NACARAT Color Design and Catherine Pichat, Heritage Architect, is pleased to have been selected to develop the new color scheme as part of the rehabilitation of built Harlequin Villeneuve in Grenoble launched by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole.
The “Arlequin”, a complex of more than 1000 housing units, labeled 20th Century Heritage, bears witness to a “pivotal” moment in the history of social housing in the 60’s and 70’s.
Today, beyond the aesthetic and urban challenge of our mission, which will allow the color to tie in the urban space, and Harlequin to regain its splendor, another issue emerges for district .
It is about “renovating utopia”, by contributing above all to a good quality of life for its inhabitants. This site is also recognized for the quality of its architectural spaces and its landscaped spaces, we invite you to visit it, it is an exceptional place still too little known in Grenoble.
We are proud to carry this exciting project and thank Grenoble-Alpes Métropole for its trust.
